Trashy TV lover? Us too!

Most of us are pretty guilty when it comes to trashy TV shows. I work really hard five days a week and when I get home I need to have a guilty hour or two (or five) of bad TV shows to watch.

I love having shows cued up on Hulu or Netflix or DVR when I sit on my couch. It’s a perfect way to jump from your favorite shows to ones you’ve been waiting on for months.

Here are a few that you should find and treat yourself with as soon as you can.

You may be sorry, but only because you’re hooked.

Vanderpump Rules
Channel:  Bravo

Anything on Bravo is pure indulgence. The thing that’s a little different in this show is the stars are a little bit younger and a lot less wealthy than the other shows on their airwaves. Vanderpump Rules is a show that’s sort of a spinoff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Lisa Vanderpump is a star on RHOBH and she owns multiple bars and restaurants in Beverly Hills. In V-Pump Rules we follow the models and actors she hires to staff her high-end bar Sur. These men and women are all close friends and are all pretty crazy. There’s a lot of drama, gossip, beach spots and drinks to be had. Start this show and I swear you’ll be hooked. Plus, the second season gets really good near the end!

The Only Way is Essex
Channel: ITV/ Hulu

This is a perfect show for those of you who love British accents. Although, you may have a hard time mimicking these folks on The Only Way is Essex. This is another group of men and women in the town of Essex. They all believe Essex is one of a kind with the latest in fashion, night spots, activities and more. There some drama there, especially when it comes to love, but I bet you’ll just listen to their accent the entire time and have to rewind to catch the gossip. A huge plus when it comes to TOWIE is the gorgeous men that strut around. I catch this show in America on Hulu.

Mistresses
Channel: ABC

Mistresses is about a group of four grown women finding one small mistress-like problem in each of their lives. Yeah, it’s pretty improbable, but I suggest you just forget that coincidental part and veg out. You’ll recognize Alyssa Milano in this show. Every person on this show is really good looking and each storyline is equal to the next. It’s good for those of us with short attention spans as we catch up with four storylines in each episode. There are definitely twists and turns you will never expect. I suggest you catch Mistresses on ABC ASAP.

Devious Maids
Channel: Lifetime

Devious Maids is such a great show. There’s drama, sassy Latinas and of course love and crime. Devious Maids is sort of like a light soap opera. You’ll follow the lives of multiple maids in a very wealthy neighborhood. They’re all friends and they’re all maids for a certain reason. You’ll recognize some pretty famous people as the maids. This show starts its second season on April 20. That means you can catch up with last season online!
